Overall the process worked fairly well.
I did not fully understand the delay from the pricing to the pickup date, as you are unable to proceed, until all the monies and paperwork is in place. So fair enough.
The final delivery, you kind of messed up. As I had a contact name at the service dept. to ask for, and you failed to send all the information with the driver. So, without the proper person made aware of the delivery the unit had to be held for a further day. An inconvenience to both parties involved, but we worked it out.
All contact info should be sent with the final drop off people.
In the end, we have our vehicle and we are happy!
